My problem is that is the Original Certificate of Posting, meaning I do not have any other Certificate of Posting, that's the Certificate that I was given at the Post Office. I purchased a Royal Mail 48 Tracked with Signature label online for a medium parcel trough Click & Drop. Took the parcel to the nearest Post Office and obtained a Horizon Certificate of Posting. After a while, the parcel is not delivered, the recipient won't collect it from their office and I expect the parcel to return to me. But it doesn't, so I open a Lost in Post Compensation Claim. After uploading the Certificate of Posting and Proof of Value documents, I also mailed RM accompanying documents to show that I have refunded the buyer too. I received a letter today saying that I need to mail an Original Certificate of Posting as the one I uploaded does not show the Tracking number.
